How To Make Delicious Cheese Corn Momos
Making Of Dough
•Take some refined all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl, and add ¼ tablespoon of salt & water in small quantities.
•Knead the soft dough. Later grease your palm with oil and squash and smoothen the dough.
•A little more than ¼ cup water could be used to knead the dough.
•Cover and keep the dough aside for 20-25 minutes to soften.
How To Prepare Fillings?
•Take Sweetcorn and wash them in water.
•Add water to the vessel, to help boil them quickly
•Add the sweet corn to the bowl and boil them. Partially cover them and boil them for 3-5 minutes.
•Now grate the soft and tender cheese.
•After 3-5 minutes, sweet corn will be boiled. Turn off the flame. Take the sweet corn out of hot water & keep them aside to cool down.
•As it cools, you can mix the sweet corn with cheese. Add ¼ tablespoon salt, and black pepper. Put some Asian herbs and spices, veggies, onions, and spring onions, and mix all the ingredients well. Your momos fillings are ready!

•Now that the dough is ready, again apply some oil on your palm. Smoothen the dough.
•Create a log and break the dough into small pieces
•Cover the lumps to prevent them from drying up
Add Fillings To The Dough
•It’s time to shape the Momos
•Now divide the dough into 10-15 small pieces
•Take one piece and roll it into small circles with thin edges. Shape it like puris
•Make sure it’s thin yet durable to hold the fillings enough
•Now place 1 tablespoon of fillings in the center of the circle.
•Make it half-moon shaped and pleat the edges well
Finally, it’s time to steam or fry the momos. For steam momos, you will have to grease the colander with a bit of oil and arrange the raw momos in them. Check if the water is boiled or not. When the water is boiled, put the colander over the water. Cook it for around 10-15 minutes at medium to high flame. Alternatively, for corn cheese fried momos, you can take oil in the pan. Put momos once is medium-high hot and start frying it for around 5-6 mins. Until it turns reddish brown. Your fried momos are ready.
•Turn off the flame once the time is elapsed. Don’t overcook them.
•Your hot n fresh momos are ready to eat
